Deji is the Founder and current Managing Partner, and Head of the Private and Public Interests Groups of the firm. He has proffered legal advisory services to many non-profits, organizations and professionals spanning different fields including Banking, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Corporate/Commercial, Tech, Dispute Resolution, Agriculture, Hospitality, and Labour-Related Matters.
He is a creative individual with admirable problem-solving skills as he has a background in Creative Arts, Communication, and Public Administration. He spends his leisure time engaging in activities that are socially impactful, and creative like painting, photography, and writing. He loves nature, good music, and movies.

Adetola is an exceptional legal practitioner who currently leads the commercial interests practice group of Imperion.
Her career journey which spans many law firms has contributed to her wealth of experience. She is a well-rounded professional in the legal field of Corporate and Commercial; Finance, Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CFT), Regulatory Compliance, Property, Probate, Intellectual Property, and ADR.
Additionally, she has an avid interest in Data Protection law (of which she is a certified Data Protection Officer), and Public & Private International Law for which she has attended several conferences and workshops on, Technology law and Financial Technology (Fintech) law.
She remains ever committed to walking the talk.
In her leisure she is into reading, researching, running, travelling, and designing.

Temitope is a highly competent, and driven professional with over a decade of post-graduate administrative experience. Her career journey spans multiple industries including non-profit, printing and publishing, and agro-allied import/export. Currently, she serves as the Administrative Manager at Imperion Legal Practitioners, leveraging her expertise to drive organizational efficiency and excellence.
She is a self-starter with a proven track record of success in managing administrative and human resource operations across various industries. Her expertise spans human resource management, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee relations. She is also skilled in administrative operations, such as office management, records management, and facilities management.
Additionally, Temitope has experience in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
She sits as a think tank/advisory for startups, emerging firms, and also serves as a trustee member for some organizations in the social impact space. Temitope is a lover of nature and in her leisure time, she enjoys gardening, nature tours, reading, writing, volunteering, and public speaking.
